Moments with Baha’u’llah: Memoirs of the Hand of the Cause of God Tarázu’lláh Samandarí

In his youth, the Hand of the Cause Tarázu’lláh Samandarí was able to travel to Akka for pilgrimage. Those six months happened to coincide with the last months of Baha’u’llah’s life. Mr. Samandari had the bounty to be in the presence of The Blessed Beauty several times. He was present during the revelation of Tablets and verses. He accompanied Bahá’u’lláh on visits to the Garden of Ridván, and he was present at the time of Bahá’u’lláh’s ascension.

Here, for the first time in print, are two versions of his accounts. The first is excerpts from his memoirs translated by his son, Dr. Mehdi Samandari, at the request of the Universal House of Justice. The second is is from a talk given in 1967 in Florida that was recorded and translated by Marzieh Gail.
